Leif’s vast experience includes over 18 years in the mortgage industry. He has held positions at every level, from a top producing loan officer and branch manager to the Head of Production. Leif has built his resume and reputation by helping organizations get better with a skillset that includes advanced strategic planning, change management, and leveraging both his experience and his market knowledge to maximize the bottom line results.

Susan Roy has nearly 30 years of experience in all aspects of operational management and leadership in the lending industry. With the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization both internally and externally, Susan has planned, assembled and led operations teams for market-leading lenders on the west coast and has grown the operational excellence to national coverage. With meticulous attention to detail and development of systems so that the process is efficient and allows for quality control at all stages of the workflow, Susan has a demonstrated leadership track record and coaches all members of the operational team to achieve personal and corporate goals. The ability to foster synergy and teamwork between operations and sales is a particular strength. Susan has a global view and a detailed knowledge of all vendors in the secondary market space and ensures a thriving and competitive environment for the company now and into the future.
